(1) The Commission shall submit a report, containing, inter alia, the short description of the activities carried out by it throughout the year, administrative expenses thereof, statements of incomes and expenses and programmes to be launched in the future, to the Government of Nepal within the month of Ashwin each year.
(2) The Government of Nepal shall, as required, cause the report as referred to in Sub-section (1) to be published by the Commission.
